1. Service Agreement

Indian Drivers Service is a driver service provider to the customers. The customer will be the employer of the assigned driver. We act as an intermediary to connect you with verified, RTA-licensed professional drivers.

2. Driver Screening & Replacement

In the service period, Indian Drivers Service will provide a maximum of ten screened drivers as per the job description provided by the customer.

Replacement Policy

• Indian Drivers Service will provide a new driver within 4 days if the previously assigned driver is no longer in service with the customer.
• Any replacement of a driver will be done based on a proper reason provided by the customer.
• A minimum of two days notification is required for the replacement of a driver.

3. Driver Qualifications

Indian Drivers Service provides RTA-licensed drivers with a minimum of 2 years of road experience. All drivers undergo a well-laid-down due diligence and vetting process for recruitment.

4. Liability & Insurance

Traffic Violations

Indian Drivers Service is not liable for traffic challans or fines incurred during the service period. The customer, as the employer, is responsible for any traffic violations committed by the driver while on duty.

Vehicle & Property Damage

Indian Drivers Service does not procure insurance for, nor are we responsible for, damage or loss of any:

• Personal belongings
• User's vehicle
• Intellectual property

The user is liable for all insurance as may be required by law.

Acts of the Driver

Indian Drivers Service will not be liable for any act of the driver during his employment with the customer. The customer is the direct employer and bears responsibility for the driver's conduct during duty hours.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• It is the responsibility of the customer to check and safeguard their belongings at the start, during, and end of duty time.
• Indian Drivers Service will not be liable for any loss incurred by the customer due to damage or loss of property or belongings.
• The customer must provide a clear job description to ensure proper driver matching.

6. Service Charges & Payment

Company service charge would be payable to Indian Driver Services as per the agreed terms. Payment terms will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.

7. Service Description

Indian Drivers Service offers both temporary and permanent driver and operator solutions, catering to various needs such as cab and truck driving.
